Melakukan defence adalah suatu hal yang wajar dilakukan oleh seorang manusia untuk melindungi dirinya dari berbagai hal yang diarahkan kepadanya, baik secara fisik atau verbal. Secara fisik, bisa jadi seperti saling pukul dengan tangan kosong atau salah satu pihak menggunakan suatu alat untuk melumpuhkan pihak lawan. Verbal biasanya dengan kata-kata, tidak dirasakan secara fisik, namun kata-katanya menusuk secara mental sampai ke ubun-ubun. Sehingga tidak jarang terdengar isitilah luka fisik bisa disembuhkan dan tidak berbekas, namun luka dihati karena kata-kata tidak akan pernah hilang dan akan selalu terpatri disanubari. Akan sangat menyenangkan dan sangat mengerikan di tengah malam,  di subuh hari melakukan ketikan ini dengan buka baju dengan keringatan yang masih lengket dan tidak jelas apakah ini akan dibasuh. Mau tidur, tanggung downloadan belum selesai. Ga jelas apa yang dilakukan, tidurlah kau kawan, yang lagi ada kayaknya lari-larimu.
