海子凼电站位于泸定县新兴乡境内，甘孜州泸定县新兴乡小河子沟与雅家埂河汇口处，为径流引水式电站，无调节水库。电站总投资2.45亿元，建成装机2.1万千瓦。设计水头246m，设计引用流量9.9m³/s，多年平均年发电量9330万kw·h，年利用小时数4,443h。该电站2009年开工建设，2014年6月完成建设投产发电，2016年5月河川公司成功收购70%股权。

 It is a diversion type power station that is composed of low dam, diversion tunnel and ground power house at the confluence of Xiaohezi Ditch and Yajiageng River. It has an installed capacity of 2×10.5kw, a designed diversion flow of 9.8m3/s, a guaranteed output of 4.48MW and an annual output of 930,000 kW•h.
